IN-KIND DONATION REQUEST

Jones of Washington has been a committed supporter of the local community since its founding as we proudly contribute to a variety of North Central Washington charitable organizations.

As a family owned winery we understand the unique challenges behind raising the funds needed to be successful. Due to the increase in volume of donation requests, we require all requests to be submitted through our online donation request form. Only requests made by submitting the online form will be considered. We require a minimum of 4 weeks notice before your procurement deadline. Monetary requests will not be considered. Each year we receive hundreds of requests for charitable donations, please note that unfortunately we are unable to donate to them all.

Eligible organizations must be recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) or 501(c)(6) nonprofit. To complete your request, please email the following documents that are required by state law for an alcohol donation to be made to info@jonesofwashington.com after submitting your form:

Your 501(c)(3) Letter of Determination

Your Special Occasion License from the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board (WSLCB).

If your request has been approved, we will send you an email of notification and arrangement for pick up. We will not deliver donated items. Donations must be picked up within 5 days of notification.
