Entered in five wine competitions, Jones of Washington’s 2022 Chardonnay came home with 3 Best of Class, 3 Double Golds and 2 Golds. Fresh aromas of Granny Smith apples, pears and citrus carry into the refreshing crisp palate of this unoaked Chardonnay. It is sourced from Jones’ Estate Big River vineyard on the Wahluke Slope within the Columbia Valley AVA. A slow cool fermentation retained the aromas and flavors of citrus and extended lees aging produced a Chardonnay with full body texture. It’s perfect for sharing with friends out on the patio or solitaire sipping while swinging in a hammock.
