Vintage: 2006 - Jack's Reserve
Type: Cabernet Sauvignon

On the nose you will find blackberries, raspberries, cedar and dark chocolate, The tannic structure and full body provide a very long, rich finish. This wine is 100% Estate grown Cabernet Sauvignon.

Our Estate Chardonnay is handpicked from our Wahluke Slope vineyards at the peak of flavor formation, and then pressed into new Hungarian Oak Pungeons, Slowly fermented for 30 days and aged in the barrel for 2 additional months. This delicate technique creates a full bodied wine with nuances of Ripe Pear, crisp apple, and just a whisper of Oak.

Grown in our vineyard on the Wahluke Slope, this elegant Viognier has a floral, honeysuckle aromas and rich peach, pear, and nectarine flavors. The long warm sunny growing days and cool star filled nights help retain acidity giving it a bright clean finish.

Sourced from our own Two Gun Vineyard, in Quincy, WA., this wine explodes on the palate with flavors of rich tropical fruits while a pleasantly tart sweet profile teases your palate with ripe citrus fruits that finish crisp, clean, and dry.

Type: Syrah

A wine delicate in nature with faint earthy notes, reminiscent of my walks through the vineyard. Aromas of dried fruit and toasted oak only begin to describe the complexities of this wine. Accents of clove and violets greet you as flavors of plums and blackberry caress your palate with soft, supple, tannins lingering into a majestic finish. Estate grown fruit from our Wahluke Slope Vineyards.

Type: Cabernet Sauvignon

Delicate floral aromas with hints of spicy clove and cedar compliment the rich Cherry, Cranberry, and Plum flavors of this wine. The silky warm tannins bring depth and complexity to the fruit profile as lingering clove, and hints of sweet oak follow through in the finish.

Medium red in color. Rustic with savory flavors of the earth, bright acidity, soft tannins a good mid pallet, aromas of raspberry, cassis and fennel. 100% Sangiovese from Jones Vineyards Wahluke Slope.

Our Elegant Merlot showcases the great characteristics of our Wahluke Slope Estate Vineyards, delicate aromas of red currents, plum, and cherry intermingle with boxwood, cedar, and leather notes. The rich robust mouth feel is full of confident firm tannins that gently layer themselves as lingering aftershocks of prune, and raspberry tickle your palate on the finish.

This wine exhibits an intense purple-blue color. On the nose are sweet blackberries, cassis, cedar, with dark chocolate and vanilla. On the palate we find a continuous flow of rich, spicy fruit with a full body and a lingering finish.
